This section is dedicated to all those investors or developers interested in promoting their projects, allowing other participants to access this information and establish contact in case of having interest.  We aim to provide the match of our participants' interests and needs through the creation of a "project pool" that allows investors, developers, project managers, banks, financial entities, and other companies involved in the tourism sector, to take advantage of existing opportunities in order to develop transactions successful to all parties.

Specifically, we have been requested to  find a piece of  land of more than 10  hectares, with beach front, located one hour away from the local international airport.

Furthermore, another of our participants is interested in a hotel of 100 to 300 rooms, located on the beach, for management and/or joint investment.

  • Investment possibility for ocean view Condo/hotel Project in Manuel Antonio, Quepos. Environmental permits are already approved.
  • For sale 3.5 hectares in Granada , Nicaragua for development of 148 condominiums plan with hotel management, with view to the lake and the volcano.
  • We have been requested to find investors interested on improving and enlarging a hotel and ecological centre, located in La Cruz Guanacaste. It is a wildlife conservation and recreation centre, near Orosí Volcano.
  • Development of a 14 hectares property which can be developed as desired. Possibilities include construction of Gated Community, residencies, condominiums, a hotel and natural corridors. Located in Playa Prieta, Guanacaste.
